Delivery Methods
1. International Address Delivery
The cost of courier delivery for products in the categories of clothing, footwear, accessories, home, weighing up to 5.00 kg, averages $15-20 USD but may vary according to the carrier's rates. Shipping is carried out within 3 days from the moment of order confirmation. The average delivery time is 10-15 days to EU countries, 15-20 days to the USA and Canada.
2. Delivery to "Nova Poshta" Branches Across Ukraine
The cost of delivery for products in the categories of clothing, footwear, accessories, home, weighing up to 10.00 kg, averages 65.00 UAH but may vary according to the carrier's rates. The storage period for a parcel at the "Nova Poshta" branch is 5 business days. There is the possibility of prefitting and partial payment of products from the order at the "Nova Poshta" branch. If a product from the order does not fit the customer, it is possible to arrange a return. The average delivery time is 2-5 days. Products are shipped within 2-3 days after the order is placed. If this timeframe changes, a manager will provide this information over the phone.
2.1. Receiving the Order
To receive the order, the customer must have an identity document. The recipient's data must match the information provided when placing the order. Upon receiving the order, it is necessary to check its integrity, completeness, and appearance (compliance with the order, presence of defects). In case of finding damage to the product, defects, incomplete order, or a product that does not match the order, it is necessary to refuse to accept it by filling out the statement enclosed in the parcel and indicating the defect. If, upon receiving, the customer did not check the order at the branch and later decides to return the product, citing its damage, external defect (stain, missing button, etc.), non-compliance with the order, or a product in the order with incomplete completeness, "Chirik" may refuse to accept the return due to the inability to determine the cause and timing of the damage (incompleteness). 3. Courier Address Delivery by Nova Poshta
The cost of courier delivery for products in the categories of clothing, footwear, accessories, home, weighing up to 10.00 kg, averages 90.00 UAH but may vary according to the carrier's rates. To receive the shipment, it is sufficient to have the original passport of a Ukrainian citizen/foreign passport. The courier will call you 30-60 minutes before the delivery. The average delivery time is 2-5 days. Products are shipped within 2-3 days after the order is placed. If this timeframe changes, a manager will provide this information over the phone.

Payment Methods for Orders
1. PayPal (International Shipments)
Payment is made through your PayPal account when placing an order on the website.
2. Credit Card (International Shipments)
Payment is made through the WayForPay payment service when placing an order on the website. Various payment methods are available on the payment service, such as ApplePay, GPay, PayPal, and more.
3. Bank Transfer to an Account (Ukraine Only)
Transfer fees are according to the rates of your bank. The cost of delivery is paid separately upon receiving the order according to the carrier's rates - Nova Poshta.
4. Payment on Delivery (Ukraine Only)
Payment is made at the Nova Poshta branch or to the courier upon address delivery. Payment on delivery is made using the "Reverse Delivery - Money Transfer" service of Nova Poshta. According to the carrier's rates, the cost of the "Reverse Delivery - Money Transfer" service is 2% of the order's value.
